Logistics Specialist

Work model: Hybrid

Your Responsibilities:

• Process and manage shipping requests across all transport modes

• Oversee end-to-end transportation from request to on-time delivery confirmation

• Resolve operational issues delays damages and documentation discrepancies

• Perform quality checks on transport data and ensure compliance

• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements

• Act as main contact for carriers warehouses customer service and logistics partners

• Maintain high data quality to support reporting and planning decisions

Our Requirements:

• Relevant higher education and/or professional experience in an analytical or client-facing role

• Advanced English (spoken & written); additional language a plus

• Proficient in MS Office and logistics software

• Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills

• Conscientious and detail-oriented
