Position Overview:
Customer Operations are as core to our client services as the products a member of our ESSC Logistics Operations you are responsible for managing and supporting activities related to central & local transports and this role you will be handling Worldwide transport complaints and claims as well as dealing with warehouse returns this role you are interacting with third-party suppliers Agfa HQ other teams in ESSC andour clients.

What Youll Do:
- Process complaints and claims in SAP on a global scale
- Collaborate with transport providers and warehouses
- Determine and implement appropriate actions regarding complaints and claims
- Liaise with other AGFA teams and customers to agree on required actions and solutions
- Administer warehouse returns
- Handle internal inquiries regarding logistics status and shipments
- Monitor and control transport costs
- Support other logistics-related activities as required
Who You Are:
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in another European language is an asset
- Experienced in logistics or transport operations
- Knowledgeable in SAP (an asset)
- Highly organized with excellent planning skills
- Decisive and confident in decision-making
- A strong communicator and a true team player
- Accurate detail-oriented and diligent in follow-up and tracking activities
- Accountable for processes collaboration and results
