As a Logistics Deviation Specialist you will join a team of specialists and report to the Logistics Deviation Manager. We know our strength is naming our products not our jobs but this role offers plenty of opportunities to grow make an impact and help shape the future of our Supply Chain.
What will you do
Manage logistics extra-cost claims ensuring accurate cost verification documentation and use of cost codes.
Lead fact-based discussions analyze data and prepare reports that support decision-making.
Authorize payments to Transport Service Providers and ensure each case is properly documented.
Partner with internal stakeholders to monitor and follow up on extra-cost levels across carriers units and distribution centers.
Identify improvement opportunities track cost trends and develop action plans together with Internal stakeholders.
Drive a cost-conscious mindset by sharing insights and recommendations with key stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with Transport Service Providers and contribute to developing smarter ways of working for the future.
Qualifications :
What are we looking for
At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics Finance or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
Fluent spoken and written English.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for building trust-based relationships.
Curiosity initiative and a drive to continuously learn and improve.

This role is full-time and based in our Warsaw office. We believe in meeting people members of your team and other co-workers to create inspire and share. Therefore we would like you to be in the office according to IKEA work-from-home policy.
