About the Role

In this position you will be responsible for supporting the global Talent Management & People Development organization in the effective delivery of the global training and development activities by coordinating administrating and implementing initiatives within the area. You will report to the Global Learning Operations Manager in Krakow and with a functional reporting line to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting central usage of our Learning Portal (Docebo) and train new HR colleagues managers and other administrators in the system

  • Coordinating and administrating corporate training programs as well as support participants to navigate the Learning Portal

  • Secure key resources and perform nomination processes

  • Suggest and improve the way of working with the learning portal administration and surrounding administration processes together with the Process Owners.

  • Providing data analytics impact measurements and learning statistics

  • Updating relevant pages on our intranet Share and HR collaboration community in relation to Learning & Development

  • Contribute to the sprints / projects being scoped for transforming Learning at Alfa Laval

  • Lead the network of Learning Admins for Alfa Laval in the future set up for Learning

Requirements

  • HR process knowledge and experience from working in an international environment

  • Learning administrative background from a LMS system (at least 2 years of experience)

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Good knowledge in Microsoft 365 tools

  • Proactive curious and willing to learn develop and take own responsibility to deliver excellent service and support

  • Spoken and written fluency in English
