Lead Engineer, Marine Refits

• Participatetosalesprocess as technical advisor supportingTeam Leader Marine Refits.

• Manage and coordinate technical aspects onassignedprojectsensuring fulfillment of technical contractual requirements internalstandardsand Customers expectations.

• Monitorsengineering activities executiononassignedrefits and escalatestechnical issues in cooperation withTeam Leader Marine Refits.

• Actsas main technical interface between Valmet and Customers for the whole project duration ensuring the proper information flow to and from all areas concernedonassignedrefits.

• Participatetoproject definitionandproject engineering meetings.

• Develop engineering according to sold scope.

• Identifyand report deviations with respect to sold scope to support add-on sales/contract deviation reporting.

• Leadinternal FATandcustomer FATwith third-party Class.

• Participatetorefit activities onboard (either in Dry Dock Wet Dock or while ship sailing) including installation supervisioncommissioningand start-up activities.

• Participate to SAT with Class and Customer.

• Participatetosea trials.

• Produce site activities reports and as-built documentation.

• Technical knowledge of hardware and system aspects in automation systems;

• Committed target oriented methodic able to work under pressure;

• Advanced knowledge of Office suite;

• Advanced knowledge of Visio;

• Polishmother tongue/fluent

• English fluent/mother tongue;

• B driving license;

• Willingness and availability to travel about30-50%of your working time.
  

• Experienceinautomation networks software application development;

• Experience with ERP systems;

• Experience with project planning (MS Project).
