Key Account Manager
Job Summary
Location: Warsaw / Katowice / Lublin Work model: hybrid (at least 2 days in the office)
Were looking for someone who enjoys building relationships growing the business and talking to clients about real challengesnot just sales. Youll be responsible for growing the client portfolio engaging with decision-makers and identifying new opportunities for collaboration in the IT services sector.
Your responsibilities:
- developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- identifying new sales opportunities (upselling cross-selling)
- conducting negotiations and closing contracts
- collaborating with the Delivery and Presales teams and technology experts
- ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the profitability of contracts.
Qualifications :
We are looking for someone who:
- has experience in B2B sales or account management- at least 3 years
- is familiar with the IT industry and understands the needs of business clients
- can build relationships with decision-makers and conduct negotiations
- is fluent in English and Polish (minimum C1)
- works independently and enjoys having an impact on results.
