Job Summary

We are seeking aKey Account Manager to join theSales Offsite Construction / Prefabrication & Modular Constructionteam at ROCKWOOL Core Solutions.

While the role is formally based in ourCigaciceoffice it involves frequent travel. Therefore we are open to candidates across Poland ideally located in major cities with good airport access.

This is an individual contributor role (no direct reports).You will be hands-on in prospecting and building a customer pipeline from scratch.

Your future team:

You will join a European team of Key Account Managers closely collaborating with colleagues based in different locations. The team focuses on developing new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships in the Offsite Construction / Prefabrication & Modular Construction area.

This is a proactive growth-oriented environment where curiosity teamwork and ownership are key.

What you will be doing:

In this role you willbuild a client base from zeroand develop commercial activities acrossPoland & the Baltics (LT/LV/EE)within Offsite / Prefabrication & Modular Construction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and winning new customersin the offsite/prefab/modular ecosystem (e.g. manufacturers contractors partners)
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at different levels of customer organisations
  • Creatingaccount plans and action plansfor key prospects and customers (targets next steps timelines)
  • Translating customer needs into actionable business opportunities and value propositions
  • Working with internal teams to create tailored solutions and ensure a smooth customer journey (technical input pricing delivery onboarding)
  • Managing thefull sales cycle: lead generation qualification meetings negotiations contract management and after-sales follow-up
  • Owning yourpipeline and account performance(volume revenue margin) for your customer portfolio
  • Forecasting and identifying growth opportunities within accounts
  • Ensuring high-quality service and maintaining accurate reporting and documentation inCRM

What you bring:

  • 5-10 yearsof experience inB2B sales(key account management and new business development)
  • Experience in thebuilding industryor inindustrial/OEM environmentswith customised solutions
  • Proven ability to prospect open doors and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • A solid commercial mindset (basic understanding of margins profitability and performance tracking)
  • Comfortable working in an international environment;English at minimum B2 level(spoken and written)
  • Experience using sales tools such asCRM MS Office; Power BI experience is a plus
  • Curiosity and willingness to develop technical knowledge related to products and applications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and a collaborative team player mindset
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Poland & the Baltics
