As Key Account Manager youll own the Amazon Poland business and a portfolio of smaller customers as part of the PUB eCommerce team. Working at the heart of commercial growth youll help translate insights into action while contributing to the wider LEGO Amazon Centre of Excellence.

Please note: This position is based in Warsaw and follows a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support isnt offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the Amazon Poland business and a portfolio of smaller customers within the eCommerce team.

  • Develop customer strategies that deliver sustainable growth and support commercial objectives.

  • Build trusted customer relationships that strengthen collaboration and joint business performance.

  • Analyse weekly consumer sales and stock intake turning performance data into actionable recommendations.

  • Partner with Retail Marketing colleagues to shape and execute the trade calendar for maximum commercial impact.

The Poland-Ukraine-Baltics (PUB) eCommerce team partners closely with customers marketing teams and regional colleagues to create sustainable growth across digital retail. Together we build rebuild and inspire new ways of working balancing commercial performance with great shopper experiences while helping the LEGO Group continue its growth journey. .

Do you have what it takes

  • Several years of experience in customer facing Key Account Management roles with a focus on eCommerce

  • Comfortable working in an international matrix environment and collaborating across multiple markets

  • Able to translate eCommerce data into clear actions that support commercial decision-making

  • Experience with forecasting inventory management and balancing stock health with customer demand

  • Business-fluent English with clear communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Amazon tools such as Vendor Central Seller Central Amazon Ads

  • Experience influencing regional initiatives and coordinating activities across cross-functional teams.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position has a range from 237.73700zł - 356.60500zł based on anticipated responsibilities market benchmarks and organizational set-up. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including but not limited to prior experience skills expertise location internal equity and other considerations permitted by law when determining the salary. A bonus scheme with a target Bonus of 125% of the annual base salary is in place for this position as well as a standard benefit package .The comprehensive remuneration details incl. benefits will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
