Where Youll Make a Difference
- Support the development and growth of assigned customer accounts within the Flavors business serving the Food & Beverage market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with Technical Marketing Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor sales performance customer forecasts and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support commercial discussions and contract negotiations with customers.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and recommend flavor solutions that create value.
- Maintain accurate customer and market information to support strategic decision-making.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelors degree in Food Technology Business Economics or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in B2B sales preferably within FMCG food beverage ingredients or related industries.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering value-added solutions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent Polish and English language skills both verbal and written.
- Valid Category B driving license.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
- Experience within the flavors food ingredients or beverage industry.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about flavor technologies and market trends.
- Self-driven proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving business goals.
