Job Title: Junior Project Manager Telekomunikacja

Job Location: Warsaw Poland

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of telecommunications projects including equipment installation testing and commissioning.

• Assist with technical checks and ensure that project activities are completed according to requirements.

• Support the identification and resolution of technical issues working closely with experienced team members.

• Participate in activities related to network upgrades service migration and the implementation of new solutions.

• Learn about Huawei products and technologies and support their implementation in customer projects.

• Coordinate daily project activities and cooperate with internal teams customers and other stakeholders.

• Regularly communicate project progress potential risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Support project planning task coordination and follow-up to help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Requirements:

• Good command of English both spoken and written and the ability to communicate effectively in an international working environment.

• Good communication skills including the ability to share updates ask questions report potential issues and follow up on tasks.

• A proactive attitude a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn and develop.

• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Project coordination or project management experience is welcome and will be considered a strong advantage.

• An educational background in Telecommunications Electrical Engineering IT or a related field is welcome but not required.

• Basic knowledge of telecommunications or related technologies is an advantage but a willingness to learn is equally important. Relevant areas include:

o Core Networks: basic understanding of telecommunications network systems.

o Wireless Networks: 2G 3G LTE or 5G technologies.

o IP Networks: basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP routing and switching.

o Transmission Networks: optical networks and DWDM.

o Digital Power: power supply systems UPS photovoltaics and energy solutions for mobile base stations.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional team.
