Junior MyP&O Operation Analyst

We are looking for a Junior MyP&O Operations Analyst to join our HR Operations team on a part-time 6-month contract. In this role you will provide HR operational support to employees managers and HR Business Partners across an international organization. You will resolve HR-related inquiries guide users through HR systems and help deliver an outstanding employee experience while maintaining high service standards.

• Respond to HR inquiries via ticketing systems and provide timely resolutions.

• Support employees and managers in using Workday and ServiceNow.

• Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting SLA and customer satisfaction targets.

• Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee data in compliance with GDPR.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve HR processes.

• Monitor open cases and keep stakeholders informed until resolution.

• Bachelors degree (preferably in HR Business or Communications).

• 1 year of HR or customer support experience (Shared Services experience is a plus).

• Fluency in Dutch and English.

• Familiarity with HR processes and systems (Workday and ServiceNow are an advantage).

• Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with discretion.
