REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional with 3-4 years of experience as Product Owner/System Analyst/Business Analyst
- Good / excellent products knowledge (processes within product usability user interface security management technical solutions and trends)
- Experience in building loyalty programs designing anti-abuse safeguards for such systems knowledge of NPS methodology and basic understanding of marketing consents.
- Analytical thinking (ability to collect and analyze information solve complex problems rationally Connecting the dots deep understating of business processes and system processes)
- Decisions making defining a problem proposing solutions identifying alternatives evaluating results all in timely manner
- Governance process knowledge (methodology requirements collection sprint planning timing and milestones meetings and preparation)
- Good / excellent consumer & business process knowledge (dependencies process flows conditions) process flow charts preparation critical path analysis)
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing environment
- Business expectations management ability to adjust planned roadmaps and strong sensitivity to prioritization requirements.
- Working fluently in SCRUM methodology to deliver user stories and increase product value.
- Experience in dealing with 3rd party providers
- Good/excellent communications skills ( active listening communicate needs requirements concerns without lost in translation)
- Good/excellent Collaboration skills (teamwork comfortable with delegation conflict resolution proper meeting in perfect timing to adequate audience)
- Fluent English &Polish

- Contract of employment - salary not less than 13.600 PLN gross per month

TASKS:
- Communicating with business owners to understand business objectives
- Creating and maintaining product roadmap
- Be responsible for the entire process of creating new functionalities for the local CRM system - gathering requirements coordinating the development process (analysis development testing and implementation)
- Manage Product Backlog: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog ensuring it aligns with business goals.
- Maps out dependencies between processes and tasks
- Prioritizes tasks according to business strategy
- Participate in Scrum Meetings: Engage in daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure smooth workflow.
- Understand consumer and business needs to manage development process
- Manage budget time and scope of business projects
- Serve as the liaison between process/program owner and development team
