Junior Legal & Privacy Specialist
Job Summary

- Provide substantive support in ongoing Legal & Privacy projects (research short notes checklists meeting minutes)
- Ensure under the supervision of team members compliance of personal data processing across Shijis products and operations (GDPR and other regimes)
- Support the legal servicing of Shiji Groups business processes (sales procurement product) in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Assist with review and redlining of commercial agreements (MSAs SOWs NDAs DPAs PSAs) under supervision; prepare positions tables and issue lists
- Support in providing day-to-day in-house legal advice
- Assist with handling data subject requests privacy incidents intake and maintenance of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
- Prepare and deliver basic internal awareness materials (onepagers slides) together with senior team members.
- Law degree (or finalyear student)
- 02 years of relevant experience (inhouse law firm or internship)
- IAPP certification (e.g. CIPP/E CIPM CIPT) are a plus but not required
- Familiarity with One Trust and/or similar solutions is a plus
- experience with tech/SaaS is a plus
- High attention to detail strong organization and comfort working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Practical skills in MS 365 (Word redlines Excel trackers PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Excellent command of English is required; proficiency in any additional European language will be considered a strong advantage particularly French.

Required Skills:
What are we looking for Student or recent graduate in law Working English (B2) and solid writing skills; proficiency in any additional European language will be considered a strong advantage particularly French German or Spanish.
