Junior Data Quality Analyst (MFD)

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain data quality rules focused on data completeness and accuracy.
• Support the implementation of standard and customized data quality validations for new accounts.
• Work with business stakeholders and operational teams to understand data quality requirements and resolve identified issues.
• Investigate data quality defects and provide guidance to users on validation results.
• Participate in testing activities to ensure data quality rules are working as expected.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to support data quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with large datasets using tools such as Excel and Power BI (user level).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn.
• Understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage.
• Previous exposure to data quality data analysis testing or operational support is a plus.
