Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can playan important rolein supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices streamlining processes and integratingcutting-edgetechnological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients as we delve into diverse complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services including accounting and reporting tax as well as financial planning & analysis across various sectors in the region.

Nowwearelookingfor peoplewithprior experience working with healthcare professionals (HCPs) or healthcare organizations (HCOs)who want to transition into a back-office role. This position focuses on managing contracts and supporting administrative processes for healthcare professionals and stakeholders - without client visits or sales responsibilities.

Wearelooking for:
Customer Service Specialistwith Dutch

Your future role:
  • Support HCP/HCO onboarding contracting activity requests travel arrangements invoicing and payment-related processes

  • Assist HCPs/HCOs throughout onboarding activities including profile creation registration support and issue resolution

  • Facilitate contract preparation execution e-signature processes and status tracking

  • Review contracts for completeness and accuracy escalating complex issues to Legal or Compliance teams when required

  • Follow up with HCPs/HCOs and internal stakeholders on outstanding onboarding and contracting activities

  • Support contract amendments and documentation updates by coordinating with business owners legal and compliance teams

  • Perform due diligence activities including license verification Conflict of Interest (COI) reviews and exclusion screening

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal policies

  • Support post-engagement activities including invoice reconciliation expense recording and payment follow-up

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives documentation updates and adoption of automation and digital tools.

Apply if you have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service onboarding contract management HCP/HCO engagement operations or similar administrative support roles

  • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in Dutch allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written

  • Understanding of customer service principles and ability to deliver high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience working with documentation contracts onboarding records or compliance-related processes

  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues using established processes and research tools

  • Experience with CRM onboarding contract lifecycle management or master data management systems is an advantage

  • Excellent organizational communication and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different stakeholder groups

  • Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation information analysis content creation).

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to healthcare life sciences medical affairs support or HCP/HCO engagement processes

  • Experience supporting onboarding contracting compliance or process automation initiatives.
