Job Summary
The Junior Business Practices Specialist supports the implementation of the companys compliance framework within the subsidiary working in close collaboration with Legal & Compliance on policies SOPs and guidance. Reporting to the Business Practices Manager within Commercial Operations the role contributes to strengthening compliance culture supporting ethical business practices and enabling effective and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of new compliance practices and contribute to the ongoing development of the compliance culture.
Assist in evaluating compliance effectiveness through monitoring assessments audits training and related follow-up actions.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure adherence to internal ways of working and compliance requirements.
Support teams in identifying and minimizing areas of risk while enabling business performance.
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Support the timely preparation approval and efficient administration of compliance activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement and risk mitigation initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
University degree preferably in law or a related field.
Proficiency in spoken and written English with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Planning and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
A drive to improve processes and support execution excellence.
