We are looking for an experiencedJunior Business Analyst / Project Manager with French to support the delivery of strategic initiatives within the financial services sector.

In this hybrid role you will combine business analysis expertise with project management responsibilities working closely with business stakeholders IT teams and senior leadership to define requirements manage delivery and ensure successful project outcomes in an international environment.

• Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Maintain project and requirements documentation.

• Manage project plans timelines milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across business and technology teams.
• Track risks issues dependencies and actions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting.
• Support project governance and ensure delivery aligns with agreed objectives.

• Act as the key point of contact between business and IT stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making across project teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and project communications.

• Fluency in French (C1) and English.
• Proven experience in a Business Analyst Project Manager or BA/PM role.
• Experience delivering projects within banking financial services or consulting environments.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
• Experience managing project plans risks and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira Confluence and MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical communication and organizational skills.
