Support us with:
Bank Statement processing and matching payments against open items.Participation in month end closing activities
Generating and sending out invoices
Reconciliation of AR accounts and discrepancies clarification
Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines
Ensuring best practice across all accounts receivable tasks bymaintainingcurrent process documentation (i.e.visio WI guidelines) and taking part in process improvements
You willthriveinthis role ifyou have:
Skills in providing quality data structuring and organizing you daily work
Attentive to detail and deadlines
Good knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient in English both written and verbal- we communicate withourcolleagues all over the world
Good combination of teamplayingproactivity and willingness to develop in the finance those qualities will help you to solve tricky cases
