Being employed by Consilium
You will be employed by our legal entity in Poland a part of Consilium Safety Group. Terms of employment is according to Polish Labour Code regulating parts as working hours overtime payment and vacations.
Salary levels per role is set in accordance with Consilium Global Salary Setting Principles and aligned with our Global Job Architecture. Specific salary ranges are presented in the following recruitment dialogue. Consilium adhere to all Polish labour regulations around salary payments and pension schemes.
