The project and the team

The IT Administration team at CodiLime is dedicated to maintaining the seamless and efficient operation of all corporate departments. We function as a comprehensive support organization managing everything from technical event logistics to the oversight of critical server infrastructures and network systems. As the reliability of company services is paramount our team maintains a proactive and solution-oriented approach to all technical challenges.

Your role

As an IT Team Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Holistic grasp of all business processes and the ability to understand its impact on IT with broad technological perspective.

  • Ensure IT infrastructure internal processes and team workflows strictly adhere to relevant regulatory frameworks specifically the NIS2 Directive and AI Act.

  • Maintaining a hands-on leadership role while managing the IT Administration teams core functions.

  • Conduct security privacy and risk assessments for software applications AI tools and third-party solutions prior to team adoption.

  • Establishing secure infrastructure frameworks and risk management standards (AI Governance) for internal AI-driven software development projects

  • Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System in alignment with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard

  • Proactive tracking of upcoming cybersecurity and privacy legal requirements ensuring timely adjustments to corporate policies technical systems and team workflow

  • Identify monitor and mitigate operational technical and data security risks associated with emerging technologies

  • Managing IT budgets including the contract negotiations and vendor management.

Do we have a match

As an IT Team Leader you must meet the following criteria:

  • 10 years in IT: min. 5 years as IT or InfoSec Team Leader/Manager built on 5 years as System/Network Administrator

  • Professional proficiency in English and Polish (min. C1 level)

  • Experience in working with :

    • Managing Google Workspace and Atlassian

    • Network administration and management

    • at least one virtualization management system or cloud (Proxmox VMware Hyper-V oVirt AWS GCP or Azure)

  • Broad current knowledge of industry-leading IT solutions adaptable across technologies with understanding of business processes and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Practical knowledge of the NIS2 Directive and its implementation in IT operational environments

  • Hands-on experience in maintaining and continuously improving Information Security Management Systems in compliance with ISO/IEC 2700

  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven people leadership engaging stakeholders at all levels

In addition to the criteria above we would appreciate:

  • Experience in working with Junos OS (EX SRX)

  • Experience in working with Ubiquiti devices

  • Networking or system administration certification (JNCP/CCNP CompTIA/RHCA)

  • Ability to write scripts (Python/Bash/Google Apps Scripts) and to automate (Ansible/Puppet/Chef/Jenkins)

  • Internal Auditor ISO 27001 certification & experience in audits
