Job Summary

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-line IT support through the Global IT Service Desk ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to SLAs and KPIs across portal phone and chat channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware software and basic network issues across Windows and macOS environments including support for Office 365 and softphone systems.
  • Install configure and maintain standard IT hardware and software delivering both onsite and remote support while ensuring the smooth operation of regional office environments and conference room AV systems.
  • Collaborate with Corporate IT Service Teams on third-line escalations and contribute to IT initiatives including the deployment of new technologies and participation in project activities.
  • Support remote and regional offices as needed including occasional domestic and international travel to assist with IT operations and infrastructure.

Qualifications :

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst showcasing all-round technical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills including very good English and Polish.
  • Microsoft Certifications or CompTIA Certifications.
  • ITIL certification.
