IT Solution Manager — SAP S4 HANA SAP BTP

As an IT Solution Manager you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned Enterprise IT solutions (Design Build Run and Phase-out) and actively shape the solution roadmap in close alignment with business stakeholders and the interdisciplinary solution team.

Your responsibilities

• Consults the customer eBike in the Solution vision (e.g. SAP BTP and SAP S/4 Hana Enterprise IT) and roadmap definition and manages customer requirements including gathering input for IT products or services development
• Drives the business value of the solution during the whole lifecycle (design build deploy run improve scale retire the IT solution) in alignment with the customer strategy incl. alignment with stakeholders in and outside the squad
• Understand and design Sales & Logistic business processes (P2F I2D O2C) to deliver efficient and innovative solutions (SAP APO Kinaxis  SAP BTP & SAP S/4 HANA).
• Measures and ensures the solution quality and compliance and proactively identifies assesses and mitigates solution risks throughout its lifecycle.
• Proactively consults the OE eBike in optimizing the solution (both on technical and commercial side) and drives standardization.
• Ensures continuous operation and successful delivery of the solution according to the defined Service Levels.
• Coordinate contracting and onboarding of dedicated/extended team members; support transfer of operations tasks to near-/offshore hubs.
• Act as an ambassador for the solution across product units stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications :

• University degree in Information Technology Economics or a comparable field.
• Experience: 5 years in IT solutions requirements engineering and/or business consulting.
• Practical experience with SAP Technology e.g. BTP and S/4 HANA (at least one module e.g. APO LE SD or comparable) and good understanding of integrated IT solutions (Interface and Master data Management).
• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional international teams and with external providers.
• Proactive hands-on structured and solution-oriented mindset; analytical and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Very good English (written and spoken).
