Your responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles (e.g. Software Engineering Infrastructure Data Cybersecurity)
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
  • Gathering hiring managers requirements and creating recruitment plans and strategies tailored to specific roles
  • Building partnerships with both local and global stakeholders
  • Delivering high-quality recruitment services throughout the entire hiring lifecycle
  • Preparing reports presentations and HR analyses as well as driving automation and optimization in the reporting area
  • Supporting employee satisfaction and candidate experience initiatives
  • Overseeing hiring and onboarding processes including cooperation with external vendors (recruitment agencies relocation & immigration providers)

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Understanding of current talent acquisition challenges in the market
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity of current HR trends & tools
  • Relevant educational background (HR Psychology Business or similar)
