We are looking for a new IT Project Manager employee to be based in Tczew Poland

Summary:

Lead and deliver IT/IS projects including cross-site and enterprise-wide initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals architecture standards budget timeline and quality requirements.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead and manage IT projects ensuring delivery within scope budget timeline and quality objectives.
• Develop project strategies and oversee complex business-critical initiatives and project portfolios.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain effective collaboration with business leaders technical teams and external partners.
• Define and govern IT solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Manage the full project lifecycle including requirements gathering solution design implementation and operational handover.
• Apply Agile and project management methodologies proactively managing risks resources and project performance.
• Establish KPIs monitor outcomes and ensure realization of business value.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps while driving continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.

The experience/qualification were looking to add to our team:

• Bachelors degree in Project Management Information Technology Computer Science or a related technical field
• 2-5 years of experience in Project management preferred in IT domain

• Good Polish & English language skills

• Eligibility to work in Poland

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management certification level knowledge (PMP - Project Management Professional PMI
• PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• ITIL 4 Foundation
