IT Application Support Intern (fm)

Looking for a paid internship where you bridge technical support and real software development Join our engineering team! You will investigate code diagnose defects and implement fixes under the guidance of experienced mentors. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting Issue Analysis:Assisting in reviewing 2nd level support reports and helping trace application execution flows (Java/React/Oracle). 

• Assisting in Defect Replication:Participating in reproducing and isolating software defects in test environments and documenting technical findings. 

• Helping with Bug Resolution:Supporting the development team in designing and implementing straightforward code-level hotfixes. 

• Team Support & Knowledge Sharing:Assisting developers and support specialists in day-to-day incident resolution and technical investigations. 

Qualifications :

Must-Have: 

• Active student status(mandatory). 

• Availability for min. 30 hours per week(flexible schedule adjusted to your classes). 

• English proficiency (min. B2)for daily communication in an international team. 

• Backend:FoundationalJavaknowledge ability to read code understand logic and trace runtime flow. 

• Databases:BasicSQL(e.g. Oracle) writing simple queries (SELECT JOIN) to verify test data. 

• Frontend:BasicReactunderstanding core concepts (components state JavaScript/TypeScript). 

• Mindset:Strong analytical potential curiosity about how code works under the hood and eager to learn. 

Nice-to-Have: 

• Basic awareness ofSpring BootorHibernate. 

• Exposure to reading application server logs or usingSwagger. 

• Basic understanding of automated testing concepts. 

• Tools & APIs: Basic familiarity with REST APIs (Postman) and Version Control (Git / Bitbucket).
