Investment Director

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling financial forecasts across portfolio companies.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks to monitor financial and operational performance.
• Build financial models and evaluate acquisition and buy-and-build opportunities.
• Prepare investment papers and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Work closely with CFOs and management teams across the portfolio companies to drive strategic initiatives and value creation.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve operational and financial results.
• Support the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities.

Qualifications :

We are looking for someone who has:

• 510 years of experience in Private Equity
• Hands-on experience working with portfolio companies from an investors perspective including budgeting financial performance management and KPI monitoring.
• Strong financial modelling valuation and investment analysis skills.
• The ability to combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic business-oriented approach.
• Experience engaging with senior management teams and influencing strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Polish is considered an advantage.
• Experience in the retail or consumer sector is highly desirable.
