Our organization
- You will be joining the SPVM Tribe in the ESA Group Transformation and contributing to the mission and objectives of the Centre of Excellence squad that is responsible amongst others to:
- Define and maintain SPVM standards frameworks and methodologies including policies procedures control standards definitions of done and supplier tiering models ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Design own and continuously improve Supplier Risk Assessment (SRA) and supplier due diligence processes including risk identification assessment criteria controls evidence requirements and re-certification cycles.
- Provide expert guidance and oversight to SPVM operations and delivery teams supporting consistent application of supplier risk due diligence and control requirements across squads and entities.
- Monitor analyze and report on supplier risk performance and compliance trends producing management- and committee-level insights to support decision-making and risk governance.
Lead continuous improvement training and stakeholder engagement initiatives embedding best practices strengthening supplier risk culture and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of SPVM processes.
Your Part of the Deal
In this role you will support the Sourcing Procurement & Vendor Management (SPVM) team with a variety of administrative supplier due diligence and supplier risk assessment activities which are essential to the effective functioning of the SPVM function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support supplier due diligence and onboarding activities helping to verify whether suppliers meet Euroclears entry and compliance criteria by gathering reviewing and validating required information and documentation.
- Assist in Supplier Risk Assessment (SRA) activities including collecting data performing initial checks following up on missing information and supporting risk and control documentation in accordance with defined frameworks and methodologies.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Legal Compliance Risk Management Procurement and Business teams to coordinate inputs clarifications and validations related to supplier risk and due diligence.
- Perform administrative and data management tasks using standard tools (e.g. Excel Outlook SharePoint contract and supplier management tools) ensuring information is accurate complete and properly documented.
- Take on additional administrative or support tasks over time as functional knowledge and experience increase.
