WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Students of thelast years of studies or up to 1 year after graduationwith aLogistics/Supply Chain/ Economics etc. background

• Preferably candidatesavailablefor a minimum of 35hours per week

• Candidates with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with Advanced skills in MicrosoftExcel(e.g. pivot tables formulas)

• FluentEnglishspeaker

• Quick learners with good interpersonal communication and collaboration skills

• Individuals who can prioritize responsibilities and pay attention to details.

• Experience in using Power BI and VBA would be an asset

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US

Execute the DIM (Direct Issue Material) Semisand Leaf end-to-end call-off orders by:

• Planning analyzingand executing MRP activities and communication with Factorys Production Planning (including escalation process with EU DIM Procurement/ CS Semi Finished Components).

• Maintaining DIM Semis & Leaf inventory levels and minimizing LOGD stock without requirementsand aged products.

• Maintaining and measuring vendor performance in terms of OTIF and responding to rush orders.

• Executing regular maintenance of SAP material master data (MRP Views) for DIM Semisand Leaf.

• Proposing improvements covering system SAP and process MRP.

A condition ofcommencingthe internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidatepossessesvalid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
