WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Students in their final years or up to 1 year after graduation

• Availability min. 35 hours/week

• Strong analytical skills and Excel knowledge (pivot tables formulas)

• Experience with Power BI is a plus

• Fluent English

• SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Strong communicationand collaboration skills

• Ability to workunder timepressure and manage priorities

• Attention to detail and proactive mindset

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

• In this position you will earn no less than PLN 34gross per hour

• Paid internship for a duration of6months withopportunity of prolongation for next 6 months

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US

• Support planning of supply and delivery ofDigiprint-produced materials across EU factories

• Monitor stock levelsdemandand deliveries to ensure continuity of production

• Identifypotential risks in supply (delays shortages) and support mitigation actions

• Maintain andvalidateplanning data in internal systems (e.g. SAP planning files)

• Prepare and update reports (KPIs stock coverage risks)

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (productionlogistics planning teams)

• Ensure fast and clear communicationtoFinished Goods Planners in case of supply risks or delays

• Support escalation process by gathering relevant data and ensuringtimelyfollow-ups

• Work with planning tools and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes

• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks

A condition ofcommencingthe internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidatepossessesvalid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of theRepublic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
