Your future team

The Intern IT Consultant will be part of a dynamic international team located in Poland Germany and Malaysia focused on delivering Authorization and Identity and Access Management solution support and solutions to the ROCKWOOL Group. We work very closely together and take mutual responsibility for our tasks and objectives and we try to have fun while we are doing it.

What you will be doing

  • Support in identifying opportunities for improvement in administrative and operational processes related to access management through the analysis of data documentation and ongoing reports.

  • Support in creating updating and maintenance of Identity and Access Management configuration in the target system under the supervision of designated employees.

  • Support in implementation of integrations with target systems for Identity and Access Management solution using programming skills and REST APIs of the systems along with test suites where applicable.

  • Documentation including procedures instructions and process descriptions.

  • Assistance in analyzing and verifying data regarding user access in accordance with applicable security policies and under the supervision of designated employees.

  • Support in monitoring request status and preparing reports summaries and reports for the team.

  • Support the team in the ongoing handling of requests regarding users roles and access in SAP systems and systems integrated with IAM solutions.

  • Participation in maintaining data accuracy in access management systems including identifying inconsistencies and reporting them to the appropriate individuals.

  • Support for consultants and specialists in preparing materials instructions and information for end users regarding access management processes.

  • Assistance in analyzing simple business requirements and documenting arrangements regarding roles access and request approval processes.

  • Support in updating functional and technical documentation for Identity and Access Management solutions and integrated systems.

  • Participation in team and project meetings as a support including preparing notes summaries and action lists.

  • Support in creating updating and organizing identity and access management documentation including procedures instructions and process descriptions.

  • Perform other tasks supporting the work of the Identity and Access Management team consistent with the internship profile under the supervision of designated employees.

What you bring

  • Student status with being ideally in a second year of Bachelor studiesor at the beginning of aMastersprogramin a relevant fieldlikeData Science Computer Science other IT-related programs or similar

  • Availability of minimum 25 hours per week and willingness to work from office

  • Good knowledge related to REST API

  • Good knowledge related to programming in Java Java Script and HTML

  • Basic knowledge related to MySQL database Linux and scripting

  • Basic understanding of basic DevOps principles tools and cloud solutions

  • Basic knowledge and willingness to learn more about AI usage in the area of Authorisation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Curious proactive and eagerness to learn

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Good with people and know how to turn that into business insights

  • Enjoy learning new things

  • Have a good sense of humour and enjoy being part of a vibrant work environment with great colleagues from different cultures

  • Good problem-solving abilities strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders

  • High level of logical intelligence
