What Youll Be Doing

• Drive sales growth across Poland and Eastern Europe by promoting LGC Standards industry-leading portfolio
• Build strong customer relationships through phone email and virtual meetings
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Follow up on quotations nurture leads and support customers throughout their buying journey
• Partner with Marketing to launch new products and increase market awareness
• Use digital sales tools and insights to grow your territory and maximise opportunities
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• A degree or educational background in Life Sciences Chemistry Pharmaceutical Sciences Environmental Sciences Biotechnology or a related scientific discipline
• Native-level Polish and fluent English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in sales customer-facing commercial roles or business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive self-motivated approach and a passion for delivering results
• Experience selling scientific laboratory analytical or technical products
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical biotech environmental or industrial markets
