Position Overview
You will deliver enhanced operations services to selected customers as an Infrastructure Engineer providing expert technical support during critical escalations migrations and go-live activities. Your role will involve proactive engagement on planned rollout activities offering recommendations for complex infrastructure challenges and helping customers navigate technical transitions successfully.
Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support during customer escalations migrations and go-live activities
Deliver proactive recommendations on critical infrastructure activities and planned rollout initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within RedHat and SUSE Linux server environments
Guide customers through technical transitions and infrastructure changes
Share technical insights and learnings to enable and upskill the broader team
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
8-10 years of hands-on experience with Linux infrastructure and server administration
Expert knowledge of RedHat Linux and SUSE server environments
Proven experience supporting infrastructure migrations and go-live activities
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers and colleagues
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
