Infrastructure Administrator (Integration)

We are looking for Infrastructure Administrator (Integration) to join Sopra Steria Polska for a project which is providing IT services for a major French telecommunications operator. The position involves focusing on the integration operation maintenance and evolution of a supervision and alarmhandling solution.

Please note that we can only offer a 5-month cooperation period to candidates who are based in Poland. The position operates within a three-shift schedule: 08:0016:00 09:0017:00 and 10:0018:00 with the project scheduled to start on November 1st 2026.

Responsibilities:
 Configure telecom equipment through the new supervision and alarmhandling solution interface.
Integrate and maintain business features such as alarm enrichment mapping correlation reporting and automation.
Maintain and evolve ETL processes and data flows used by supervision and alarmhandling solution.
Perform technical and functional tests and maintain technical & functional documentation.
Support and maintain a supervision and alarmhandling solution integrations and services in production including incident analysis and troubleshooting.
Monitor the health and performance of a supervision and alarmhandling solution services and integrations and proactively identify operational issues.
Collaborate directly with customer network/OMC infrastructure and application teams to coordinate technical activities and resolve incidents.
Develop administration and configuration scripts and work with APIs/Web Services and other integration mechanisms.
Prepare and support production deployments including prerequisites technical validation post-deployment checks and rollback procedures in a private cloud/Kubernetes environment.

 Private Cloud/Kubernetes.
Linux RHEL Windows.
NOSSIS suite.
Scripting (admin/config scripts).
ETL.
Airflow.
Web services.
Monitoring: Grafana/Prometheus.
and other tools.

Qualifications :

Must have requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in system integration monitoring or application operations.
Strong Linux knowledge.
Ability to work with supervision tools and process operational incidents.
Good analytical skills and autonomy.
Practical experience with: GitLab Airflow Grafana Kafka Kubernetes.
 Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed technical teams.
English (French is a strong advantage depending on activities).
Availability to work on a 5-month project starting in November.
Being open to visits in our office in Katowice or Gdańsk.
