They are currently seeking an experienced Information Processing Specialist to join their team in Krakow on a contract basis. This role offers you the opportunity to apply your IAMexpertisewithin a structured environment working on application onboarding access controlenforcementand compliance initiatives.
Position Overview
As an Information Processing Specialist you will playa central rolein onboarding applications into One Identity Manager and enforcing access control policies across theorganisation. You willbe responsible forassessing application readiness creatingauthorisationconcepts integrating both cloud and on-premises applications and ensuring compliance with security frameworks. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening theorganisationssecurity posture reducing access-relatedrisksand ensuring audit readiness across all integrated systems.
Responsibilities
Onboard applications into One Identity Manager including Non-Personal Accounts (NPAs)
Assess applications for IAM integration readiness and gather access requirements
Develop and implementauthorisationconcepts tailored to application-specific security needs
Integrate applications with SSO and MFA capabilities
Enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models
Handle Island Applications via UNSB files and enforce password policies
Perform reconciliation activities comparing actual versus target data
Develop automated processes for frequent file delivery and data handling
Map entitlements and roles to ensure proper access control
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and security testing before go-live
Align Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrices with local and global compliance requirements
ImplementSoDcontrols to prevent conflicts and ensure audit readiness
Document access mappings and perform data cleanup activities
Discontinue outdated User Access Management (UAM) processes post-onboarding
Requirements
6-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Proficiencyin One Identity Manager (OIM) and its associated tools
Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) least privilege and need-to-know principles
Familiarity with connector types including Entra ID SAP and Active Directory
Experience integrating cloud and on-premises applications with IAM solutions
Knowledge of application integration strategies and architecture
Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and implementation
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR SOXHIPAAand DORA standards
Experience with SAP Security andAuthorisationisadvantageous
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to conduct UAT and security testing effectively
Excellent documentation skills for access mappings andauthorisationconcepts
