The Indirect Purchaser (f/d/m) is responsible for ownership of the total flow of indirect materials from suppliers to the production continuously improve and re-evaluate purchasing activities of Radiometer in Stargard Poland (RSOL RSTA) to achieve a supply chain in a high level.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for cooperating with stakeholders from various business functions especially from Global Strategic Procurement Supply Chain & Logistics (incl. Distribution Centre) Operations R&D Material Optimization and Finance.
This position reports to the Operational Procurement Manager and is part of the Purchase and Logistic Department Supply Chain & Logistics located in Radiometer Solutions Poland. It will be an on-site role.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Ensuring of supply of indirect materials (new Suppliers search current Suppliers Relationship Management).
Maintain Supplier Management in terms of QMS compliance.
Align procurement initiative to financial goals cost levels savings.
Cost and budget control.
Purchasing Software Tools (Rillion) and Items management.
The essential requirements of the job include:
University degree in business logistics engineering management or finance is required.
About 1 year experience in procurement or purchasing in industry preferably in medical device business about 3 years experience in supply chain environment.
Fluent Polish language skills and good command of English.
MS Office; experienced Excel user; experience with ERP systems (Axapta P2P systems): familiar with Power BI and Power Point.
Analytical skills to understand manufacturing industry budget and cost saving structures.
Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel 2% travel overnight within territory of Poland rarely Denmark.
Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Quality Assurance standards overall ISO knowledge.
Production planning experience.
