IAM Governance Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Maintain IAM governance frameworks and policies aligned with organisational objectives legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Act as a liaison between IT Information Security Compliance Audit and business units to advocate for robust IAM governance practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all IAM controls processes and improvements. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies demonstrating Euroclears commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of analysts to enhance and demonstrate Euroclears compliance with essential Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls.
• Identify areas for improvement within the existing IAM controls framework. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of these controls ensuring they meet the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including regulatory bodies auditors and industry partners. Ensure clear communication and collaboration to support Euroclears compliance objectives.

Qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of identity lifecycle processes role-based access control (RBAC) attribute-based access control (ABAC) and directory services.
• Experience with IDAM tools and platforms (e.g. SailPoint CyberArk Microsoft Azure AD).
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards: GDPR ISO 27001 NIST etc.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Prior experience in an identity governance compliance or access management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Will be considered an asset:

• Professional certifications in IAM governance or cybersecurity (such as CISM CISSP CRISC or similar).
