They are currently seeking an experienced IAM Domain Specialist to join their team in Krakow on a 6-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to work on essential security and compliance projects managing identity and access controls across their technology environment.
As an IAM Domain Specialist youll play a crucial role in managing and securing access across the organisations systems. Youll be responsible for onboarding and managing non-personal and privileged accounts conducting compliance reviews and supporting access certification campaigns. This position requires 6-8 years of experience and offers the chance to work with leading IAM technologies including One Identity Manager and CyberArk whilst ensuring adherence to security policies and governance frameworks.
Onboard and manage non-personal accounts across systems and applications
Conduct orphan account reviews to identify and remediate security risks
Ensure compliance with security policies and governance frameworks
Support access certification campaigns and coordinate review processes
Assist with application onboarding and IAM integration assessments
Manage privileged account governance using PAM solutions
Coordinate IAM integration assessments for new systems and applications
Review and validate role-based access controls and permissions
Document processes and maintain accurate records of access management activities
6-8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management
Strong knowledge of IAM principles and best practices
Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (Quest One Identity Manager)
Proficiency with CyberArk or similar Privileged Access Management solutions
Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts and implementation
Experience managing service accounts and non-personal accounts
Knowledge of compliance requirements and security governance frameworks
Familiarity with IBM Security Access Manager
Understanding of SAP Security & Authorization principles
Experience with Active Directory (desirable)
Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews (desirable)
Familiarity with access reviews and certification processes (desirable)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
