Job description

HR Advisor (Employee Life Cycle & Offboarding) - 18-Month Temporary Role

The Role

The HR Advisor (Employee Life Cycle & Offboarding) supports employee lifecycle events and offboarding activities across the EMEA region ensuring compliance data accuracy and an excellent employee and manager experience.

What Youll be doing:

HR Transaction Processing and Support

  • Manage daily HR requests and inquiries through the AskHR Portal ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including transfers promotions organizational changes compensation changes and other employment-related transactions.
  • Coordinate and administer end-to-end offboarding activities ensuring a smooth and compliant employee exit process.
  • Prepare HR documentation including employee change letters employment certificates termination documentation and other employee-related correspondence.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners Payroll managers Legal and other stakeholders to resolve employee lifecycle and offboarding queries.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in accordance with company policies and local requirements.
  • Support audit activities reporting and data quality initiatives related to employee lifecycle processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Employee Life Cycle & Offboarding function.

Project Support

  • Assist in HR projects process improvement initiatives system enhancements communications training activities and operational excellence programs.

What Youll bring:

Experience

  • Previous experience in HR Operations HR Shared Services Employee Life Cycle Administration Offboarding Employee Data Management or a similar HR support environment is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced professional and global environment is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Workday HRIS is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks solve problems and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
