A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Identifies and analyzes data (e.g. epidemiological reimbursement NFZ contracting data) as well as ongoing changes in the healthcare system to provide a strong evidence base for Market Access strategy development and to identify changes that may impact the companys operations.
• Compares and evaluates the value of products and therapies using clinical economic and quality of life outcomes data from clinical trials epidemiology studies registries observational studies modeling surveys and meta-analyses.
• Develops country-specific evidence to meet requirements for optimal reimbursement coverage and utilization.
• Works closely with Market Access team to support the development of strategies pricing programs and the standardization of best practices.
• Collaborates with clinical research to incorporate relevant health outcomes and economic endpoints into clinical studies and works with biostatisticians to analyze and report results.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Practical knowledge of the Polish healthcare system including:
  • the Act on Healthcare Services Financed from Public Funds and other relevant regulations governing the hospital market and medical devices in Poland
• Understanding of reimbursement and healthcare financing mechanisms including:
  • Principles of healthcare services settlement by NFZ
  • Knowledge of or exposure to tariff setting process will be considered a strong asset

• Experience in AOTMiT will be considered an additional advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in data analysis with the ability to interpret complex datasets and environment and translate them into actionable insights
