Job Summary

Guidewire Claim Center

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations enhancements upgrades and production support initiatives.

Own technical solution design estimation configuration development integration testing support deployment and post-production stabilization.

Configure and customize ClaimCenter components including data model business rules PCF workflows validation rules typelists and Gosu logic.

Design and develop integrations with internal and external systems using Guidewire integration frameworks SOAP/REST APIs messaging XML/JSON and web services.

Guide and mentor developers perform code reviews enforce coding standards and ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices.

Collaborate with business analysts architects QA teams product owners and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning backlog refinement technical impact analysis defect triage and release planning.

Ensure application performance scalability security maintainability and reliability across development test and production environments.

Prepare and maintain technical design documents integration specifications deployment notes runbooks and knowledge transition artifacts.

Troubleshoot complex production issues identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Required Skills and Experience

8 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and integration development.

Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in at least one full-cycle Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation or major enhancement program.

Strong knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration Gosu PCF data model rules workflows and Guidewire Studio.

Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE Spring Boot SQL XML JSON SOAP REST APIs and web services.

Good understanding of Guidewire integration patterns batch processes messaging plugins and external system interfaces.

Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance and claims business processes.

Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery CI/CD pipelines source control tools such as Git and quality tools such as SonarQube or similar platforms.

Ability to lead distributed teams manage technical dependencies and communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline.

Guidewire ClaimCenter certification is strongly preferred; ACE or equivalent Guidewire certification will be an added advantage.

Experience in Guidewire Cloud cloud migration or Guidewire InsuranceSuite integration is preferred.

Exposure to DevSecOps automated testing performance tuning and production support governance is desirable.
