Guidewire Business Analyst (Policy Center)

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst specializing in PolicyCenter to join an international Agile team working on a large-scale insurance transformation program for a leading Nordic insurance and financial services organization.

Job responsibilities:
Gathering analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements
Translating business needs into Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
Supporting Agile ceremonies and cooperating with distributed teams
Preparing user stories process flows and functional specifications
Supporting testing and validation activities
Cooperating with business stakeholders developers and QA teams

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projects
Strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter this is a must
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Understanding of insurance domain processes
Strong communication and analytical skills
Very good English communication skills
Experience in international insurance transformation programs
Knowledge of Guidewire integrations
Experience with Jira and Confluence
