Learn more about us as a workplace are now looking for a Graphics Sales Area Manager Central and Eastern Europe to join our European Graphics Sales team. This position can be located preferably in Poland or alternatively in Czech Republic as a remote position.

As Graphics Sales Area Manager for Eastern Europe you will drive profitable growth by building strong customer relationships and executing our sales strategy in close collaboration with key functions. What you will do

  • Grow net sales margin added value and product mix in line with targets actively developing both existing business and new customer acquisition within your area
  • Plan and lead impactful customer meetings facetoface and virtual ensuring consistent followup clear action planning and professional representation of UPM
  • Manage the customer portfolio to ensure strong profitability taking corrective actions when needed and documenting agreements terms and marketing collaborations in compliance with legal requirements
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts manage the opportunity pipeline and communicate new opportunities as well as won or lost business
  • Use sales tools effectively to keep customer information up to date monitor receivables and handle creditrelated documentation where required
  • Collaborate proactively with the broader organization including Sales Team members Customer Service Markets Product Management Product Development & Innovation Business Control and Marketing to support customer activity
  • Participate actively in inquiry handling and claims processes with the aim of resolving customer challenges while delivering product consultancy training and support based on customer needs
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans driving the actions required to strengthen partnerships and grow customer business


Who youare

  • You bring experience or strong understanding of the graphics or related industry and its market dynamics
  • You have a proven track record in B2B field sales and demonstrate solid commercial capabilities
  • You hold a relevant commercial degree and possess the technical understanding needed to work with complex products
  • You communicate fluently in Polish and English with additional languages considered an advantage
  • You excel in communication interpersonal interaction networking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
  • You demonstrate strong selfleadership and the ability to navigate and support change
  • You have solid knowledge of sustainability fundamentals
  • You are familiar with effective sales methodologies and processes and apply them consistently to drive results

This is a remote position located either in Poland or in Czech Republic.

The position holder will report to Sales Director Central & North Europe.
