Our client is seeking a Graduate Development Advisor to lead and evolve their graduate and internship programmes in Poland. Position Overview

As Graduate Development Advisor youll be responsible for designing delivering and continuously improving the graduate and internship development experience. Youll act as the central point of contact for graduates interns line managers and team leads providing support guidance and escalation where needed. Your work will directly impact how emerging talent integrates into the organisation develops key skills and progresses in their early careers. Youll combine strategic programme design with hands-on support ensuring both business needs and emerging talent priorities are balanced effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver the Poland graduate and internship programmes including programme structure talent management and line manager engagement
  • Deliver a strong stakeholder experience by collaborating closely with business teams to align emerging talent priorities with organisational needs
  • Act as the first point of contact for graduates interns line managers and team leads providing support with performance development challenges and career guidance
  • Track and analyse programme data including feedback retention attrition and diversity metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Design and deliver virtual and in-person development sessions that build skills confidence and career awareness
  • Partner with local and global learning vendors to shape development solutions aligned to programme requirements
  • Support the recruitment team throughout the candidate journey including offer-holder preparation and effective role matching
  • Collaborate with development colleagues across other technology centres to share best practice and align approaches
  • Challenge and advise stakeholders appropriately offering guidance on emerging talent support and development

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting an emerging talent or graduate development strategy
  • Experience in stakeholder management within an HR or talent development context
  • Experience coaching mentoring or supporting emerging talent or graduates
  • Strong understanding of the graduate development and learning landscape
  • Experience supporting HR processes in Poland
  • Confident presenter and facilitator comfortable delivering both virtual and in-person sessions
  • Effective written and spoken English language skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams) and Zoom
  • Ability to communicate clearly at all levels of seniority
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans collaboratively
  • Resilient under pressure with strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage demanding internal stakeholders
