Global Reliability SME Electrical Assets
Location Poland Wrocław.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Global Reliability SME Electrical Assets who will act as a central technical expert for electrical equipment reliability and predictive this role you will collaborate with plant teams maintenance specialists digital experts and external partners to improve asset performance equipment availability and operational excellence worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
Electrical Reliability & Asset Performance
- Define and support predictive maintenance use cases for critical electrical assets.
- Analyze electrical failure modes and reliability risks.
- Conduct and support criticality assessments root cause analyses and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Translate electrical failure mechanisms into monitoring requirements and maintenance recommendations.
Predictive Maintenance & Digital Solutions
- Support implementation and optimization of Reliability and other asset health platforms.
- Validate asset structures sensor mappings and data quality.
- Analyze trends and alerts using electrical operational and condition-monitoring data.
- Collaborate closely with plant maintenance automation IT/OT and reliability teams.
Plant Support & Troubleshooting
- Investigate and evaluate electrical reliability alerts.
- Recommend corrective and preventive maintenance actions.
- Support troubleshooting of recurring electrical equipment issues.
Standardization & Capability Building
- Develop global standards guidelines and failure mode libraries for electrical assets.
- Train and coach maintenance and electrical teams in asset health interpretation and predictive maintenance processes.
- Promote the adoption of reliability-centered maintenance approaches throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering Automation Engineering Maintenance Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance reliability engineering or asset management within heavy industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical equipment reliability principles and maintenance strategies.
- Experience interpreting operational and condition-monitoring data.
- Knowledge of maintenance management processes and CMMS/SAP PM environments.
- Fluent English.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with motors VFDs transformers switchgear and power distribution systems.
- Background in cement mining aggregates power generation or other heavy industrial sectors.
- Experience with predictive maintenance and asset performance management platforms.
- Familiarity with Reliability DALOG Machine Sentry or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of OT systems industrial historians SCADA or electrical protection systems.
- Reliability or electrical safety certifications are an asset.
