Global Recruitment Specialist Poland (Remote transitioning to Hybrid)

Were hiring a Global Recruitment Specialist to drive talent acquisition for a fast-growing tech/internet business with exposure to the iGaming space. This role starts fully remote while the office location is finalized moving to hybrid once confirmed.

What Youll Do

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition for local and cross-border business teams profiling screening interview assessment and salary negotiation
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Wanted and other major recruitment channels
• Provide day-to-day HR support for the team including employee communication engagement and culture building
• Research salary trends and competitor movements in the tech/internet industry to inform strategic hiring recommendations
• Liaise with third-party EOR providers to ensure smooth onboarding and integration for new hires

What Youll Need

• 3 years of local recruitment experience (agency/headhunting or mid-to-large tech/internet background preferred)
• A strong headhunter mindset with proficiency in Boolean search

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the iGaming / Game industry
