The opportunity

How youll make an impact

• Drive enterprise architecture governance across assigned business functions.
• Partner with business leaders to align IT strategy with Transformers business objectives.
• Define and maintainarchitecture roadmaps standards and target-state architectures.
• Translate business demands into scalable compliant and business-driven IT solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end consistency acrossbusiness processestechnologies applications and platforms.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions supporting business goals.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on application lifecycle planning.
• Guide Solution Architects and project teams during solution delivery.
• Support development of architecture processes standards and best practices.
• Improve EA transparency through architecture data reporting and tooling.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and cross-BU initiatives.
• Contribute to architecture decisions across sales engineering R&D supply chain manufacturing quality project management and IT domains.
• Support alignment between business-specific solutions and global applications.

Your background

• 5-10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience working in international and multicultural organizations.
• Proven ability to bridge business and IT and influence stakeholders at different levels.
• Bachelors degree in IT Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise architecture governance and application landscape management.
• Knowledge of SAP LeanIX ServiceNow MuleSoft Azure technologies and Microsoft platforms.
• Understanding of TOGAF ITIL 4 and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
