Global Digital Transformation Lead
Reports into: Global Director Digital & Transformation

Position Overview

Join JLL as we reshape the future of real estate through technology and innovation. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in our companys digital evolution.

In this position you will be at the heart of our most exciting initiatives managing projects that implement new technologies streamline our business processes and create superior experiences for our clients and employees. This is a hands-on role for a skilled individual who is passionate about technologys potential to drive business value. You will collaborate with teams across the globe turning strategic goals into successfully delivered projects and making a tangible impact on how our business operates.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

  • Own the creation prioritisation and delivery of the global digital transformation roadmap ensuring strategic alignment with long-term business objectives and regional execution capabilities.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of regional and global digital transformation projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans allocate resources manage timelines and establish clear project roadmaps.
  • Identify potential project risks issues and dependencies working proactively with team members to develop effective mitigation and resolution plans.

Technology Implementation

  • Partner with technical experts and business units to support the implementation and integration of new digital solutions such as AI-powered tools data analytics platforms and process automation software.
  • Act as a bridge between technical development teams and end-users to ensure smooth rollouts and tool integration.

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead mentor and support a team of digital project managers and transformation specialists fostering a culture of continuous learning innovation and collaboration.
  • Oversee team resource allocation prioritize workloads and manage capacity to ensure the seamless delivery of the global digital roadmap.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews set individual development goals and actively support the career progression and growth of team members.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management

  • Act as the central point of contact for assigned projects fostering strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across IT operations finance and marketing.
  • Support the people side of change by assisting in the design and execution of change management plans.
  • Develop clear training materials user guides and regional communication campaigns to drive rapid adoption of new technologies.
  • Ensure all training change management and project communication collateral aligns with company guidelines by using approved assets and templates.

Performance Measurement & Process Improvement

  • Define track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success user adoption and business impact of digital initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports and performance dashboards to project sponsors and executive leadership.
  • Proactively identify opportunities within current business processes that can be streamlined automated or enhanced through modern digital tools.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with external technology vendors software providers and consulting partners to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with procurement and IT governance teams to evaluate select and onboard third-party technology platforms.
  • Monitor vendor performance ensuring that project deliverables timelines service level agreements (SLAs) and budget allocations are strictly met.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Project Management or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 58 years of professional experience including a proven track record of managing complex technology-focused projects in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Methodologies: Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working alongside data AI and automation engineers. Experience with collaboration and PM tools (e.g. Smartsheet Jira Azure DevOps) is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Resourceful problem-solver highly adaptable to change with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
