Global AP Process Leader

As Global AP Process Lead within GBS you will own the end-to-end AP process across markets and outsourced service providers. You will drive the global AP agenda through process standardization governance and transformation ensuring a scalable efficient and high-performing AP operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global AP process strategy governance and standards.
• Drive process standardization and harmonization across markets GBS and outsourced operations.
• Manage third-party service providers ensuring strong performance accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead transformation and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency controls and supplier experience.
• Own AP process performance risk management and compliance partnering with stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications :

For this role were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related area.
• 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable within a global SSC or GBS environment.
• Strong experience in global process ownership governance and standardization.
• Good knowledge of automation digitalization and emerging technologies.
• Proven track record in leading process transformation automation and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and delivering performance through effective governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and influencing skills across functions regions and organizational levels.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence simplification and innovation.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
