As part of our team you will be operating at the core of our business where your financial skills will lead to better decision-making throughout the entire value chain. Within your field you can work on a variety of assignments with a high level of responsibility from reporting and analyzing business performance to ensuring the accuracy of balances on the balance sheet. You will be exposed to projects that develop your skills and allow you to progress your career.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinate and support statutory reporting transition including preparation of financial data and technical SAP adaptations (LL solutions)
  • Analyze and process local adjustments tax data and statutory postings
  • Guide and mentor GL accountants in statutory processes audit preparation and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare review and reconcile statutory financial statements (Equity & P&L AnRep vs. statutory)
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including EY & PwC and provide technical support on statutory issues
  • Identify and implement process improvements prepare operating instructions and conduct trainings
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and responsibility for the audit process
  • Prepare and document annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations
  • Provide ongoing support for GL team members in addressing complex statutory and adjustment issues
  • Participate actively in meetings trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions across teams

What you bring

  • Masters degree in Accounting Economics or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in accounting finance process transitions standardization improvement or audit activities
  • Good knowledge of the SAP FI system (experience is an asset)
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Experience in preparing financial statements managing transitions and developing operating instructions
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A collaborative team-oriented attitude
