AsaGBSIntegrated TalentManagement (ITM)Internyoull supportGBSITM Sr. Manager andGBSITM Sr. Specialistin the implementation of the department Strategy & Plan. Some of the tasks would be:

• CoordinateGBS Learning & Developmentactivities (e.g. LEAP leadership developmentpathwaysLicense to Lead core businesstrainingsetc.)

• Co-write and releaseL&D communicationsand reminders to employees

• Analyze L&Dmetricsandevaluation surveysthatsupport decision making process

• Track attendanceof employees in all GBS L&D activities

• Prepare purchasing orders for L&D activities

• Respond toemployeesqueries regarding GBS L&D activities liaise with the learning teamswheneverneeded

• Support in the implementation/execution of relevantITM projects and activities

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR

• Auniversitygraduateup to 6 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd 4th or 5th year available for min. 30 h per week.(preferably in Psychology Labor Relations or similar related to Human Resources)

• English (fluent level)

• Learning on the fly (quick in learning new things and able to find his/her way)

• Goodanalytical skills

• Good levelofExcel & PowerPoint

• Collaboration

• Customerorientation
